Company Reinforces Safety Commitment with 2025 All-Staff Training at Liuyang Facility

On February 26, 2025, Hunan Rare Earth successfully conducted a comprehensive safety training program for all employees at its new Liuyang site. The initiative aimed to strengthen safety awareness, fortify risk prevention measures, and ensure a secure operational environment for the relocated facility.

The event commenced with senior executives and department heads formally submitting Work Safety Responsibility Agreements to reaffirm their commitment to safety governance, reinforcing accountability across all management levels and ensuring clear delegation of safety duties. Subsequently, safety officer Wan led an educational session, delivering critical safety guidelines and facilitating a group viewing of an impactful safety news video. The video highlighted real-world incidents to underscore the non-negotiable importance of adhering to safety protocols.

In her closing remarks, Chairwoman Huang emphasized the imperative for every employee to prioritize safety, stating, “Safety is the cornerstone of our operations.
