Breakthrough in High-Purity Rare Earth Metal Target Prep Tech Passes Mid-Term Review

On February 20, 2025, the Hunan Provincial Ten Key Technology Research and Development Programs undertaken by Hunan Rare Earth—specifically the "Key Technologies for the Preparation of High-Purity Rare Earth Metal Targets," successfully passed the mid-term evaluation conducted by the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

Through the team’s relentless efforts, the program has achieved multiple groundbreaking advancements in the development of high-purity rare earth metal target preparation technologies. A demonstration line for high-purity metals and target materials has been established, and the products have passed on-machine validation by multiple clients. The successful mid-term evaluation has further accelerated the company’s advancement in independent innovation and industrial application of these critical technologies.
