Break down communication barriers and enhance professional image

--The special training on "Report, Liaison, Consultation Workplace Communication & Business Etiquette" was successfully concluded

From November 23rd to 24th, Hunan Rare Earth successfully held a special training on "Report, Liaison, Consultation" workplace communication and business etiquette. This training aims to strengthen employees' workplace communication skills, promote the effective transmission of internal company information, and create a professional image for the company's employees.

Huang, member of the Party Committee of the Hunan Rare Earth Metal Materials Research Institute, deputy general manager, and chairman of our company, pointed out in her efficient opening speech that communication is the prerequisite for work, and business etiquette is the second business card of our professional image. She hoped everyone to make full use of the epidemic training opportunities by thinking, learning and practicing, and integrate the knowledge and skills learned in this training into daily work.

As a certified lecturer of the Japanese "Report, Liaison, Consultation" international copyright course, the training instructor, Ms. Xie, with her rich workplace experience and profound theoretical knowledge, explained in a simple and easy-to-understand way the important role of "Report, Liaison, Consultation" in workplace communication through vivid case sharing, practical exercises, role-playing, and group discussions. To deepen the understanding and application ability of "Report, Liaison, Consultation", several practical exercises were carefully designed in the training. The students actively participated and experienced how to use the "Report, Liaison, Consultation" strategy for effective communication by simulating real scenes in the workplace. During the exercise, Ms Xie patiently guided and corrected the students' shortcomings promptly, and shared valuable workplace experience and communication skills. After the training, a learning test was conducted on-site to test the student's learning results.

The content of the business etiquette course on the second day mainly included the basic knowledge of business etiquette, etiquette norms, and behavioral etiquette. Through the three themes of "harmony - internalized in the heart", "appearance - externalized in the form" and "order - applied in action", it focuses on the requirements of daily business scenarios and provides detailed explanations from multiple angles from aspects such as workplace appearance, service standards, behavior, reception procedures, and communication skills. Combined with on-site drills and scenario discussions, it helps trainees master practical business etiquette knowledge and shape a good professional image of emphasizing etiquette and excellent service.

Liu , deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Hunan Rare Earth Metal Materials Research Institute and general manager of Hunan Rare Earth, expressed his heartfelt thanks to the teacher for his wonderful lectures and put forward three requirements: First, all the employees should enhance their learning awareness and adapt to industry changes. On the one hand, they should improve themselves and become compound talents with both technical, business, and management skills. Second, they should find their positioning, clarify the job requirements, apply the knowledge they have learned to the grassroots practice, explore new ideas and methods, strengthen the foundation of efficient communication, and perform their job responsibilities. Third, they should cooperate in improving the four key abilities of self-driving force, time management ability, information screening and integration ability, and self-reflection and evaluation ability, grow together with the company, and provide "source power" for the company's rapid development.

More than 90 people, including all employees of the Hunan Rare Earth, and key employees of the Hunan Rare Earth Metal Materials Research Institute and Hunan Rare Earth New Energy Materials, participated in the training.
