Groundbreaking Ceremony

On the morning of January 10, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the "25 Tons of High-Purity Rare Earth Metal Targets and 2000 Tons of High-End Rare Earth Alloys Industrialization Project" was held in the Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hunan Province.

The project is the latest achievement of Hunan Province's top ten technological breakthroughs in 2023. This project is a significant action of the company to drive the industrialization of critical "bottleneck" technologies.

The project covers an area of 83 acres, with a total investment of 1.02 billion yuan, and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase, with an investment of 370 million yuan, will establish three production lines for high-purity scandium metals, rare earth metal targets, and high-end rare earth magnesium alloys. Upon reaching full production, the project is expected to generate an annual revenue of 970 million yuan and an average annual net profit of 250 million yuan.

Rare Earth Sputtering Targets: A Brief Overview
