Complete successful production line trial run in Hunan Rare Earth

On the morning of October 26, 2024, Hunan Rare Earth "High-purity Metal and Target Production Line" trial operation launch ceremony was held at the Liuyang base. Xu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Hunan High-tech Venture Capital Group, secretary of the Party Committee, and executive director of Hunan Rare Earth Research Institute, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. The "high-purity metal and target production line" trial operation marks a solid step forward for Hunan Rare Earth in improving production efficiency, optimizing product structure, and strengthening market competitiveness! Xu pointed out in his speech that the start of the trial operation of the production line is the first step in developing Hunan Rare Earth, marking a phased victory in the project construction. All employees of Hunan Rare Earth should always maintain a sense of crisis, innovate, forge ahead, shoulder the responsibilities entrusted by HuNan Hi-Tech Investment Group and Hunan Rare Earth Metal Materials Research Institute, and continuously create a new situation of high-quality development!

After the launch ceremony of the trial operation of the production line, the team members received the report on the overall progress of the project construction and held a discussion. The participants expressed their opinions freely, and offered suggestions for the next development of Hunan Rare Earth. They said that since the project was launched, it has been running at an "accelerated" speed, laying the foundation for the company to quickly take root in the market. Finally, Xu fully affirmed the hard work of all employees of Hunan Rare Earth for the project construction, and put forward three requirements. Firstly, we must seize the market with speed. To do the market, we must be "fast, accurate, and firm". Marketing personnel must perceive market information the first time and respond quickly. The new products developed once must quickly solidify the process and continuously optimize and iterate to occupy the market; secondly, we must persist in deepening reforms, try, explore, and practice first in terms of system mechanisms and system construction, and further stimulate the vitality of the market front line; thirdly, we must have firm confidence. We must have a deep understanding of the "era" and "trend" of the company's development. We must not only see opportunities and take them lightly, nor can we only see risks and be pessimistic and lazy.
